Income Documents
Income documents are required to report all income earned during the tax year, as mandated by the IRS. This includes income from W-2 employment, self-employment, side hustles, contract work, unemployment, and any other source of income.
Income Documents (Bring ALL that Apply):
W-2 forms (from ALL employers)
1099-NEC / 1099-MISC / 1099-K
Self-employment income records
Business income & expense records
Unemployment income statements
Additional Documents
Additional documents help us identify deductions, credits, and other tax benefits you may qualify for. While not every client will have these documents, bringing them when applicable can help increase your refund or reduce your tax liability.
Additional Documents (If Applicable):
Childcare expense records
Mortgage interest (Form 1098)
Student loan interest
Health insurance forms (1095-A, if enrolled through Marketplace)
Prior year tax return (helpful but not required)
